General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the online shop of Sir Neptun (sole proprietorship)

scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

Contractual partners, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Sir Neptun.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

We offer free shipping.

We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

pay
In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:

  • Credit card : You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
  • PayPal : In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
  • Sofort by Klarna : In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order. Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
  • Google Pay : In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
  • Apple Pay : In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
  • Klarna : In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You will find further information in the respective payment option and in the ordering process.

Purchase on account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice.

Klarna credit card
During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after you place your order. There will be no address or credit check.

installment purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum installment is 6.95 euros.

Klarna direct debit
You give Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). Your account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched.

    The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

  2. warranty and guarantees
    The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found on the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

  3. dispute resolution
    The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

  4. Special Conditions for Print-on-Demand Products
    Sir Neptune does not hold inventory and does not perform printing itself. Except for technical errors, we are not responsible for the quality and outcome of orders produced. The quality of production depends on the selected supplier. Each supplier has its own tools and procedures and users are required to do their own research when selecting a supplier, as well as submit content that meets the specified print quality requirements. However, if your order has problems, the steps to resolve them are listed below.

  5. The Merchant Support Team of Sir Neptun
    handles all dispute resolution on behalf of our suppliers. Users agree to contact Sir Neptun's Merchant Support Team for all dispute resolution. If the order produced does not meet the user's or customer's expectations, users must first contact Sir Neptun's Merchant Support Team within 30 days of product delivery and must not contact the printing suppliers. To best resolve the matter, the user should provide all relevant materials to enable Sir Neptun to investigate the issue, including a description of the order produced, the issue, and the number of products affected. If a user contacts the supplier directly, the user risks account suspension at Sir Neptun's sole discretion.

  6. Products are unique and produced to order , therefore they are non-refundable. By submitting an order for production, either manually or via an automatic setting, you acknowledge that the execution of the order or the contents of the order (products, shipping method, delivery and return addresses) cannot be further changed. If the shipping details are incorrect or the customer has ordered the wrong size or color, Sir Neptune cannot be held responsible. The merchant is responsible for passing on the correct information from the merchant's customers.

  7. You may submit requests to change certain order details, including address change or delivery method change. Our Merchant Support team will review the request and advise, at their sole discretion, whether it is possible to accommodate your request and/or whether your request will incur additional charges.

  8. After an order has been placed, Sir Neptune cannot guarantee that it will be possible to issue a full or partial refund in the case of cancelled orders. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, Sir Neptune will determine whether your cancellation qualifies for a full or partial refund, depending on the stage of order fulfillment.

  9. Orders for products with recently updated graphics go through a Sir Neptune quality control process that checks for low resolution images or other design-related issues. If an issue is discovered, Sir Neptune will email merchants explaining the issue and potential impact on product quality. If you decide to proceed with the order, or if Sir Neptune does not receive a response within 7 days of email notification, the order will be submitted and you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund for that order. Orders that do not meet other criteria of Sir Neptune's T&Cs or Intellectual Property Policy will be cancelled and fees refunded.

Production times listed on the website are estimated average times and are not guaranteed. If your order takes an unusually long time to produce or deliver, please contact Sir Neptune's Merchant Support Team. If the order is lost during shipping, Sir Neptune will investigate and provide a replacement if necessary.

After investigating your issue, if Sir Neptune's Merchant Support team determines that your product is faulty, the order or individual items will be replaced or refunded at Sir Neptune's discretion. Refunds will be issued in the form of credits to your Sir Neptune balance.

Sir Neptune will not refund orders that are still in transit unless they are deemed lost.

The merchant is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided for each individual order is valid and correct. In the event of incomplete delivery due to an incorrect address, the merchant may request re-shipment or cancellation. The merchant shall bear the costs of this.

If an order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days (domestic) or 45 calendar days (international), please contact Sir Neptune's Merchant Support Team within 1 week to request a reprint or refund.

If the tracking of an order indicates that it has been delivered but the merchant or customer has not received it, Sir Neptun may refuse a free reprint or refund. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.

An order may be delayed due to shipping carrier delays. Sir Neptune does not guarantee delivery dates and does not offer reprints/refunds for shipping delays unless the package is deemed lost.

Sir Neptune may deny a request for refund or reprint if the complaint is based on problems in the graphic file or other non-refundable reasons. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
